Cindy Jett Bailey founded Bailey Realty, LLC in 2010 after working in real estate for several years.  She has a varied background in business which includes paralegal  experience, accounting & bookkeeping, office management as well as real estate. 

She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary  Studies with a Concentration in Paralegal and  Business Studies  from Samford University. 

She has been married to her sweetheart, Ken, for thirty-nine years.  Ken is retired Air Force and is currently in law enforcement. They have three grown children and eight grandchildren. 

Her favorite part of working in real estate is helping others while making friends!

LISTING AGENCY AGREEMENT

This fee includes listing your home for sale in the MLS, photos for the listing, placing a sign in your yard,  fliers, market analysis,  and open houses if desired.  A Listing Agency Agreement is signed prior to uploading the listing into the MLS.

BUYER(S) AGENCY AGREEMENTS 

This fee includes searching for properties on the MLS and other websites, showing properties, presenting offers to Seller(s) Agent, and negotiating with Seller(s) Agent. 

 An agency agreement is reviewed and signed before showing properties

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

 Monthly fees include rental,  making necessary adjustments, collecting rent, and scheduling  maintenance or repairs.  Our goal is to set at an optimal but fair price to  maximize the profit of the owner.
